Access this feature by purchasing a membership to our Utilitel Protection Plan and then access your form through our QR embedded product or under the "Damage Report Upload" link in navigation. Membership also grants phone investigation coaching where you can call anytime to speak with a team member with help walking through the investigation process or attempt to answer any questions. Investigation Assessment
Put our extension utility damage recovery experience to work for you. There are two ways of requesting a damage assessment. Firstly, through submission via our damage investigation software, link in navigation (requires "Protection Plan"), where we will automatically receive your investigation and contact you on specifics to move forward. Secondly via purchase of a "Damage Assessment and Subrogation Package" service, click above for specifics, where we will setup with you a preferred document upload process and begin our investigation.
